“The staff member at the rental desk was polite and courteous, but spoke excessively and created a somewhat confusing atmosphere during the process. As a result, we ended up paying for an additional insurance service that we had not intended to purchase. While I understand that I could have declined, the manner in which the conversation was conducted felt intentionally persuasive and led to unnecessary extra costs. I would advise future customers to carefully review the contract details and ensure that they are paying only for the services they originally selected, without accepting any additional offers unless they truly need them.”
