“Yes the staff are obliged to try to sell extra insurance but I refused with a smile and the staff member gave up with a smile. 1st hire period of four weeks in a well marked C3. On return the check was quick and straightforward- no complaints. 2nd hire for one week in a Corsa that the desk clerk said only had one mark. It had quite a few. I took photos as I expected problems when we returned. Again it was a quick check with no problems.”
