Please see below a run down of our experience On our vacation from England On arrival to the desk at LAX we were assigned the rental and told to go to zone 3 (Vehicle 1 ) There were approx 8 cars in that zone but all were either damaged or dirty outside an in, So I went back to the desk to complain and was assigned another Car ( Vehicle 2 ) , we were on a tight schedule so we accepted however since picking the car up we noticed The Car wasn’t clean interior was dirty And a bad aroma ( Foisty Smoke type of smell ) The front bumper kept coming loose at both sides where it meets the front near side wings , Upon arrival at our hotel I contacted Dollar and was advised to take the vehicle to my nearest Dollar Desk (Harry Reid Las Vegas ) They exchanged my vehicle at Las Vegas ( Vehicle 3 ) However when I went to pick up my wife at the shopping outlet after picking the exchange vehicle up I locked the vehicle and on my return Was unable to gain entry as the remote / Fob was not functioning , I was unable to call the desk as my uk cell phone would not connect so I messaged your help line via X and they said some one will contact you, However nobody contacted me, I managed to open the trunk of the vehicle drop the rear seats and gain entry by crawling through from the rear of the vehicle in over 100 degree heat With the alarm going off , I managed to get the car open and started and returned it to Dollar at Harry Reid Las Vegas, Who exchanged the vehicle yet again, As you can see from the rental record we are now on our Fourth vehicle in 8 days and I have spent more time at the Dollar Desk and on my phone trying to sort out the issues than anywhere else on this vacation, It has been an Horendous experience
