“The person that gave the car took almost an hour to register us, was telling irrelevant stories about his bad experience with customers. Overall, it was far from professional attitude. The return of the car was even worse, because we were treated very rudely by 2 person who were intimidating us openly scamming on irrelevant issues (that car was dirty, that we had to show the receipt of the last car fueling). With our experience of car renting in multiple countries (Spain, France, Portugal, Hungary and Bulgaria) this experience was the worst. Such bad experience with Herz in Romania goes in a striking contrast with Herz experience in Sofia, Bulgaria, where everything was done professionally. And lastly, I did not receive the email with a contract and email after the car return. I am not even sure that my money deposit will be returned.”
