“Pick-up was straightforward. No wait at the desk. Finding the car took a while, as Hertz was right at the top row of the rental car park, which is quite big and on a hillside. No problems with the car itself (Toyota Yaris Hybrid Automatic), though it was a little under-powered for the very steep hills of Tenerife. Drop-off was more hassle. The signage for the car parks could be improved. At first,we pulled into what turned out to be a private car park, and had to pay to exit, despirte being in there for only 5 minutes or so. Eventually, we found the right car park, parked near to Hertz's return booth, then were told we had to park the car further away. Just as well we allowed plenty of time before our flight! But overall, good service from Hertz.”
