“Collecting the car was fairly straightforward, but very hard sell on insurance. Our car was brand new and top spec. We had to catch a shuttle bus from T1 to T2 to.collect it, which i hadn't realised at the time of booking. This was very hard work with my disabled & elderly Mum, but the settles run frequently and people assisted me with all our bags. Ensure you have filled the car with petrol before you enter that airport.”
