“The car was good and the staff helpful. However it was not made clear that the office (for signing forms etc) and car collection were in very different locations. I would not have lugged all my luggage over half a km by hand had I known. Also the office was in a Low Traffic Zone (fine for entering) and the pick up location was on the border of this. No information/warnings were given. This would have been helpful.”
