“Arrived to collect hire care was given a price upon booking which I then had too pay an extra €100 on top of was picked up by a rude driver to collect us, didn’t open the boot to help with luggage and then was made to pay more money on top of our agreement because I didn’t have a credit card. Should have been advised this when booking . Have used this company twice before and always paid by debit card will not be using again.”

I am sorry this was your experience - its not what we expect from our partners at all. There was no reason at all that you needed to pay extra to use a debit, unless you wanted to add extra protection voluntarily. We have recently added another company who can help debit card holders in Cork - so have two options there, excluding Easirent, and as a result of your feedback we are removing this office from our site, as we would not want anyone else to face a similar situation. We work really hard to deliver a no surprise service - and do so in over 99% of occasions - I am so sorry you were so unfortunate.
