“Paid for 48 hour car rental. Thought I was going to return the car earlier (even though I had paid for the 48 hours), so - for their convenience - I gave an earlier return time. We later decided to keep the car for the full 48 hours. The staff at the airport office did not accept that. I had paid for the full 48 hours. Ali was particularly rude and unprofessional. The staff outside checking the car for damages was also very rude and took a very long time to pick up as well as drop off the car.”

Car hire is priced on a 24 hour basis - so whether a reservation is made for 25 or 48 hours it will be priced as a two day hire. However the car rental firms do require you to return the car at the time you say you are going to - as they have normally committed the vehicle to another user based on the booking you have made. We are very sorry if this was not your expectation - and would suggest booking the car for a full 48 hour period next time to avoid a similar situation arising.
