Dravalia did not have enough cars. We waited in the que for 80 minutes with no information. Whe it was finally our turn we were told that because we had only pre-paid a deposit for the car that the car would not be available for us and we should book with another car hire company.

Terrible service, my flight was delayed and the person I spoke to was rude and did not offer me any solutions other than....getting an Uber. What a legend. Other companies would have waited to collect the money and deliver the service. This chap sounded excited that he could finish early, as they closed 30 minutes before my flight got in. Pure din.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to let us know your feedback. We know you suffered an significant delay and did not land until about half an hour after the midnight closing time of the office. The Drivalia office is actually the last one to close of our panel members so arriving that late did create an issue. My experience with Drivalia was unfortunately quite disappointing. Due to an unavoidable delay with my flight (caused by airplane personnel issues), I landed just one hour later than planned. As I had already boarded, I had no way to inform the rental company in advance. Despite making my way through immigration as quickly as possible and heading straight to the Drivalia desk, I was informed that my reserved car had already been given away. I explained the situation and referred to their policy, but there was no willingness to accommodate or consider the context — a short delay clearly outside my control. After a long flight and with tired family members, I was left with no real choice but to accept an alternative vehicle — at a significantly higher cost. I find it unfair to be penalised like this and am still concerned about the fairness and integrity of the service received. While the matter is behind me now, I’m sharing this review in the hope that Drivalia reconsiders how it handles genuine customer constraints in the future. A little flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way.
