“Appalling service. I waited an hour and forty five minutes from taking a ticket to being served at the desk. I had flown into Alicante so I could make it for my partner's birthday celebration, but ended up missing the entire thing due to the time I needlessly waited to pick my car up. Having taken a ticket, I watched person after person who arrived after me be served before me (presumably the fact I had booked using a comparison website made me worthy as being treated like a second class customer). An hour and forty five minutes is almost the length of my flight to Spain in the first place and not at all acceptable. When I finally got the keys to my car, the car was not parked in the correct space meaning I had to walk all around the car park pressing the button until I finally found it. Appalling customer service and terrible experience. I will not be using Centauro again.”

“Car hire desk was in the terminal so easy to find. Customer service was excellent and smooth handover, everything was explained clearly and described exactly where car was parked and what number bay it was parked in. Drop off was so easy just drive up to barrier which opens automatically and park in bays marked up with the centauro signs. If you have a early drop off just post key through key box and off you go. Will definitely use again.”

“Unlike previous occasions in the past year the insurance sales pitch was a bit harder but I was prepared for it and my continued refusal to sign up was eventually accepted with good grace and a smile.”
