“Bus ride rehired to the collection desk, very busy and not at all efficient. Desk staff unclear on policy and ask for large doposit even though booking was clearly deposit exempt. Car should have been full to full, when collected half a tank. Make sure you check your car, desk had closed after we had located car so took image to dispute on drop off. Still awaiting reimbursement for fuel”

“It can’t be that it takes us almost two hours to pick up the car. I understand that it’s not located at the terminal and that this makes it more economical, but even so, it took 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and then almost another hour and a half before we could actually get the car. First a 30-minute queue and then almost an hour waiting for the car to be brought to us. These are not reasonable times”

“Good service but had to wait in a rather long queue. Need to have more staff on duty. It was difficult to find signs and directions to rental reception. I was not made aware that as I could not use the airport car rental and had to get transport. I had particularly asked for airport as I was travelling with my 80 year old aunt and it was a long walk for my aunt with luggage. Once all clear the service was good.”
