“There was no line at the rental desk. The clerk was very helpful and gave us a choice of cars with a free upgrade if we preferred. The car we got had low miles but apparently a hard life with scuffs and smears and dried cleaning product on the interior. The passenger footwell mat was missing as was the parcel shelf in the load area so we couldn't hide our luggage from prying eyes. The interior was all a bit scruffy.”
