“I opted for Alamo because they accept Debit cards. The price was also attractive. We got the Car Hire bus from outside the arrivals terminal to the collection point/desk. We were greeted by Tom Smith who went through the details and options for extra insurance and refueling option. No hard sell or pushing which I expected, so I took both options! The car was outsde reception and spotless. One quibble .. A bucket or warm water to clear the frozen windscreen would have been nice. On return, we were greeted by Destiny (full of life and it was -4) who looked over the car and gave the thumbs up. I hope I have the names correct as they are a great asset to your company.”
