“What a great service, hopped off my flight and grabbed my case off of the belt. A short walk to the car hire desk (3-4 mins) to be met by a very professional gentleman acting as triage. He simply asked my name and found my details on his ipad and placed me in one of 4 queues with only 1 other client in front. About 5 mins later I’m signing the forms with the Alamo representative and the keys are in my hands. Great directions offered to the car parking spot which again was just a few minutes walk and away I went in a very nice car that was spotless. On my return the signage could have been a little better dining the Alamo spaces but it was not to difficult. The gentleman that checked the car back in was polite, professional and a pleasure to talk to. Overall an excellent service that I would use again and recommend.”
