“this is a universal problem with all the Faro car hire firms but I chose a make and model of car and paid a midrange price in the hopes of actually getting what I asked for but I don't think they even own the car they advertise . The car had been left in the rain or washed with the passenger side window open saturating the passenger seat ......with obvious and most unpleasant results for my passenger. POOR customer care ! On the 2 occasions we have used AirAuto we have been left standing waiting for the transfer van a long time and the longest of any of the other passengers waiting for other companies. Perhaps as part of this the driver was clearly having a bad day and made clear picking us up was an unwelcome chore”
