“Car was fine, except no water in washer bottle. We had a long wait on pickup and return, due to lack of staff. I rent cars all over Europe, but have never come across a company that wants you to valet the vehicle before you return it, or pay 15 euros for it to be done for you! Rental price expensive.”

Was this Rental Good Value for Money?

“I reserved a car for 99.33 euros for three days in Dubrovnik, which was indicated in the voucher. At the company counter I had to pay an additional 60 euros for a full tank of gas, which was not included in the voucher and I knew nothing about it. The girl at the counter said that if I return the car with a full tank, this amount will be returned to my card. For three days I drove a little only around the surrounding area. Before returning the car, I filled the tank full and paid 15 euros. When I returned the car and indicated that I returned it with a full tank and was waiting for a refund, the receiving person told me that they were not refunding anything. The 60 euros that I paid earlier, according to him, is just a payment for gasoline and so that I can return the car with an incomplete tank. 60 euros minus and another 15 euros for which I refueled the car before returning it. I travel a lot and use the services of different companies but this just looks like a scam”
