“Overall good experience. However, when the oil light came on saying oil was low caused issues. This should have been checked before allowing the vehicle to leave the premises. I was asked to run around to find oil and put it in myself as they had none at the branch. After 2 hours and missing an important appointment, I could not get it sorted. I then rang the branch again and suddenly they had received a delivery of oil. I then went to the branch and they put the oil in. The next day the oil light came on saying too much oil. I called a branch and told them what had happened. I was really angry when the lady on the phone implied that I was lying that oil had actially been put in. As no one put a note on the system. Even though I was reimbursed for the lost hire days, they did not bother compensating for the inconvenience. That would have been great customer service”
