“Wanted a butane cylinder of this type to use with a gas stove when camping this summer, as I already owned the appropriate regulator and have used successfully in the past. I have a large (4 hob) stove, so needed to have a good-sized cylinder, as they will likely all be used at times to feed my 3 ravenous children. This is the largest cylinder Campingaz make and seems to be less available than when I have previously been looking. The cylinder is fairly expensive for the capacity, compared with other brands, but this is not due to the supplier I have bought from, rather they are expensive anywhere! I was personally happy to pay the premium as I have already got the kit required to use it and know it all works, but cheaper, reliable alternatives can likely be found.”
