“Used this variety for my Xmas petit fours and was pleased. Bit on the tangy side with even a hint of citrus...grandchildren loved it and managed to get themselves covered in it with plenty of licking going on to clean up. Still have loads of this left and will try another variety next time. But do recommend it as I would all Valrhona chocolate!”
“What is there to say, not the cheapest chocolate (by a longshot) but you'll have to travel a longway to beat my daughters chocolate cookies or my hot chocoalte (50g of Manjari per mug whisked in the milk as its brought to just under the boil. a tot of good rum for the adults)”
