Thank you for your review. That's very strange, the chocolates were less than a week old when you received them and were only on sale due to our Black Friday Sale, not because they were old.
I have opened a box of chocolates from the same batch that we have here in the factory and they all taste as they should. Do you have any left from your box that I could have collected for us to try?
As mentioned on your other review, due to you not be satisfied with your order, I have processed a full refund on the order.

“These are among some of the best chocolates I have eaten over the years. The Chocolate Society uses valrhona which is probably one of the best chocolate sources ever! The light chocolate selection is my favourite box and i have to mention in particular the yazu & basil flavour as it is most unusual and imaginative. To me, this light chocolate selection is really good value for the price and i will definitely recommend it to my colleagues. As for the service at the Chocolate Society, I would like to commend the service provided by the staff and especially Ms Coral as she swiftly & professionally dealt with a small matter I recently raised.
