Description:Silver Needle Tea is a delicate high grade white tea consisting of only the top buds, giving it a taste reminiscent of refreshing sweet melons. Picked on sunny mornings when any moisture has dried from the night before, the buds are laid out to dry and wilt under the sun. It is known for its tender leaves covered with fine white hairs which contribute towards its sweetness and subtlety.

“It's the best silver needle I have tasted. The color is more brillant than others. I'm spanish and here this tea is more expensive and worse. Definitely I'll buy it again and I'll recommend to my friends because it is very cheap and delicious.”

“I bought this tea for my son for Christmas. He rarely drinks any hot drinks but he thoroughly enjoys this white tea. He finds he only needs a small amount. “A good quality tea which is competitively priced. It is mildly sweet tasting so can be enjoyed by even those who are not fans of herbal teas. “I love this tea, it was well packaged and fresh when it arrived and from the moment I opened up the package I knew it was top quality silver needle just by looking. The taste is delicate and refreshing without the bitterness of Green tea. I will be buying more from Chiswick Tea Co when I've run out (which won't be long!)
