“As a fan of oolongs, I'll confess that I bought this tea for the name, which intrigued me. I was not disappointed. This oolong has a crisp and fresh flavour, with a floral overtone. Lighter than some oolongs, it does not become bitter from sitting in the pot the way some teas can, and the leaves will take multiple brewings.
