“When the screen arrived, the packaging was damaged. The delivery driver said he would mark his delivery sheets as damaged. Because of the virus we are not asked to sign for delivery. We checked the screen and one corner of the corner flange was broken, I could put up with that, but when we fixed the screen in position and removed the backing paper we found the screen was cracked in the other corner. It is in position and will work, but we had to tape over the crack so it doesn't look too good. The poor rating is for the damaged delivery, not the screen itself.”
