“I installed the filter in my sump and the nice things about it is how the filter bend in half and fit even where there is no much headroom. The way the filter is sitting on the filter socks hole makes me questioning if I install it correctly as the filter comes with three different ring sizes to fit different socks holes sizes.I could not understand if the rings are supposed to seat on top of where the sock fot or in it as even the smallest disk does not fit in the sock hole and if it is meant to sit on top of is than, the filter is letting dirty water drip into the sump without going through the filter. Wawereef customer support has yet to reply to my email .
There are no instructions in the box only online and many are showing the previous model that fit a different water sensor .
Would I suggest to buy this filter ? If I could fit a different one probably not, but as I believe this is the only filter that bend in half to allow it to fit in smaller spaces I don't have much choice”
