“This is a young fish - quite small. But, unlike any Cardinals I have had before (who tend to be timid and you don't really see for a few days) this one was waiting to be fed. Everytime I go into the room he is there against the glass watching out for his food coming.”
“I had a serious hair algae problem on trying to re-establish one of my tanks following a crash due to a blocked pipe. Had tried a Tuxedo Urchin and various Hermits who munched through the algae but it grew as fast as they could eat it. Light depravation made no difference and I had not been adding any nutrients. So, I decided to try a Sea Hare - Large does not come close - this is a monster, easily 9 inches long who just ploughs through the algae - I can now see most of my rockwork. He has become one of my favorites and I have bought Nori sheets with the intention of keeping him.”
