“The pump itself is great - however, my issue is that the XF230 pump is not compatible with the 250 controller (which I already had along with the controller) even though the manual implies it is as it is shown clearly on the set-up page. The user manual is a disaster for this good product which is a real shame. The XF250 pump I have is quiet, efficient and the livestock in my marine tank really seem to enjoy the flow produced. Just make sure if you buy this system that you have the correct controller for the correct pump and they are not interchangeable.”
