“The overall finish of the lid is poor. It feels flimsy. So much that my life was cracked on arrival. Also the skimmer made a loud screeching sound. I did email Charterhouse but after 5 days I haven’t received a response.
The “feeding flap” is also poor quality, very hard to remove, and easy to lose.
The pump operation is very quiet which is good, and the light is nice.”
