“First time use & I'm not impressed.
The feeder comes with the insert for the lid which has a flap you leave open while the feeder is set in place. However, as the damp humid air rises from inside the tank (A Juwel Aquarium) the flap surface has condensation and stays wet. When the food spills out of the feeder, it all seems to land on & stick to the wet flap (it fails to then fall into the tank).
Have only been away for 3 days and the food inside the feeder is also getting damp and starting to stick inside. Therefore a very poorly conceived feeder system.

“Very simple to use, some might say too simple but for my purpose which was to feed three tanks while I was away for a week, just great. Product is a bit plasticy but it works so whats not to like!”
