“I've struggled to get most other glues/cements etc to stick. I had much more success with this epoxy putty. But even so it definitely is harder to bond underwater as you need to keep the two contacts steady for well over 15 minutes for any kind of setting to take place. Also a smidge more expensive than regular epoxy that's not aquarium safe, but not sure why.”
