Very important... MUST WASH before adding to the aquarium, or your tank will look like you've filled it with milk!

“This sand is perfect if you plan on keeping African Cichlids and your tap water is low in the PH range. It keeps my PH at a stable 8.0ppm, and Gh and Kh high.
You are supposed to rinse the sand before use which I did but this is not necessary if you slowly trickle the water into the tanks such as allowing it to slowly fill a measuring mug etc so the water spills out onto the sand. Let the water slowly fill your aquarium until it gets about half 25% full then you can increase the water flow.
The only negative thing to say is the price but then you課ｪre paying for a quality product.”
