“I am concerned that these boots had been worn and returned since they had a noticeable crease at the tops like the foot had bent, a small scuff at the toe and no internal packaging. Other boots in different colours from you and another company didn't have this issue. I have decided not to return them as blue that size are hard to find.”

Thank you for your review. We do have stores around the country and sometimes an item may have been tried on in store, or it could be that someone has bought 2 for size and returned one to us. However, the orders sent out should be checked to ensure that they are in perfect condition before sending them out.
