“Lovely boots, very comfortable but unfortunately not waterproof, wore them in the rain and my socks were absolutely soaking, water seemed to seep up through the soles.”

Thank you for your review. These lovely boots are stitched around the bottom and are a lovely soft leather. This will allow some penetration of moisture. It does state in the description of the boots that Rieker footwear is designed for comfort and durability, and unless expressly stated cannot guarantee the waterproof properties. You may like to use a protector spray, whilst this will not make them waterproof it may help with slight water resistance or staining. Kind regards, Janice - customer services.
