“Usual gabor quality and comfortable fit. The boots deserve 5 stars, but I’m very disappointed with Charles Clinkard. I could have bought these boots in my local store, but as they were scuffed I decided to pay postage and get a perfect pair online. Sadly this was not the case, as these are obviously ex-display, and like the ones in store scuffed in several places. Hopefully I can find some polish to ease the situation, but with hindsight I should have returned them. Sorry, I’ll not shop with you again.”

Thank you for your review. We are genuially sorry to hear that you have received boots with marks on them. When your ordered online, postage to UK customers is free, however, this does not take away from the fact that the boots that you got are not of the quality that you would expect. The boots are in the sale and as such have been on display but shoud have been quality checked before sending out to you. I have made a slight reduction to the cost of the boots as you have kept them to cover your costs for the polish that you will need.
