“The slippers are great. The service however was awful. Despite calling and emailing after dpd claimed they missed me, the slippers were still delivered to an address that I hadn’t authorised. My old address where I had just moved out from. I explicitly requested a click and collect to make my life easier during a complicated move in a difficult time. This was made worse by the fact that I was informed by dpd that they’d been delivered to a pick up shop. I was fortunate that someone had taken in my delivery at my old house and I was able to recover the slippers. But all round terrible customer experience.”
