We do offer Special Delivery as an option which means the item will be delivered the next working day after despatch. Unfortunately due to a combination of security procedures and order volume we are unable to despatch orders the same working day that they are received. Your order was received on Thursday and was despatched on Friday so Royal Mail Special Delivery should have meant it was delivered on the Monday.
