“Item purchased for my wife and she loved it. The quality of the necklace was good, however when first opening the box to check it found that the chain was in a really horrendous knot. As the chain is so fine it actually took me 3 hours with a magnifying glass and a sewing pin to unravel the chain. I was very close to actually sending it back for a replacement as it was so difficult. therefore maybe when the chain is as fine as this some thought may be needed in how the necklace is packaged for delivery. Other than this I am very pleased with the item.”
