As discussed details of my complaint below.

I placed my order for 8 lengths of Taurus Skirting board on Friday 7th November paying £45 for express delivery and asking if at all possible for delivery on Tuesday 11th as my installers only available date was Wednesday 12th November.
My delivery was received early on Wednesday 12th November still in time for installation.
When I unwrapped the delivery I was expecting a painted undercoated product that I would only need to top coat post installation. What I received was a painted product with a finish so rough to the touch that all boards had to be rubbed down prior to installation which took two people half a day and has lost me my installation appointment.
Therefore I am requesting compensation for my loss.
Chloe asked me for pictures of the finish. The roughness of the finish would not have been visible on a picture.
