“The skirting boards themselves were lovely and exactly what I was looking for, so I was happy with the product quality. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and arranged to return the item. The product was completely unopened and unused, and the delivery driver took it back without any issues. After waiting to hear about my refund, I was then informed that I would not receive one because the cost of the product outweighed the production costs.
This was frustrating and confusing, especially as the company’s website states that returns and refunds are accepted. Better communication and clearer refund policies would have made this a much better experience.”
