Pro Clima Solitex Plus is a fully windtight and breathable (vapour open) roofing underlay designed for pitched roofs, external membranes for timber frame walls, and windtight membranes for insulating suspended timber floors. Its four robust layers make it ideal for areas with heavy foot traffic during construction. It can withstand UV exposure and weather for up to three months and boasts impressive nail tear resistance. Application Areas Pitched Roofs: Suitable as a roofing underlay for pitched roofs with a slope of over 15°. Timber Frame Walls: Functions as a breathable membrane on the exterior of timber frame walls. Suspended Timber Floors: Provides wind proofing for the underside of insulated suspended timber floors. Blown-In Insulation: Compatible due to its reinforced membrane with high nail tear and pull-out resistance.
