“Our Feather Pillow clay paint turned out to be a very different colour than expected. The colour chart shows it bas a light beige but on the wall it was a light lilac/blue hue. Unfortunately we were away when the decorator did the job. Very disappointed - £500 wasted. The end result is nothing like the colour disc on the tin either. Will probably have to repaint - using Farrow and Ball.”

“Disappointed that the Straw colour as shown on the tin and the colour chart was not the same as the actual paint in the tin even after thorough mixing. When applied to the wall it was distinctly darker.”

“Lovely paint and lovely shade of grey and milk white - the only thing was the paint arrived over a week late which messed me up - I payed extra for next day delivery - this was due to my not realising that Yodel delivery need a signature - it didn't say so on the website - Celtic sustainables were really helpful ringing Yodel and trying to sort it out but no Yodel would not deliver if there was no-one to sign for the package - which was my case - Celtic stustainables offered me half the delivery cost back - I believe Celtic sustainables has now explained this on their website regarding signatures from Yodel - so hopefully that will stop that misunderstanding. All would have been perfect but for the Yodel requirements - I live in the coutryside and usually post etc is just left in the wood store. Be warned if this is your usual way of doing this if you work etc - Yodels package tracking has alternatives for signatures so hopefully one fits - unlike with me.”
