Hi there, We see that you ordered a pot of "White Clay" Claypaint. Though it's not a brilliant white, it's certainly a shade of white rather than brown, as you have described. We would love to know if there is an issue here, whether it be a picking error or a problem with the tin supplied by the manufacturer, as this is the first time we have been made aware of your issue. “This paint is amazing - lovely to work with, no smell, good range of colours. I need to use breathable products for our old house hence using this in the first place, but I would happily continue using it if I didn’t have to use breathable anymore.”

“Great paint. Very thick and goes a long way. I was a bit surprised the colour 'swatch' on the tin was much paler than I was expected based on the paper swatch. But I needn't have worried, the colour inside does match the colour book.”
