Roundtower lime NHL 5 is an eminently hydraulic lime suitable for marine environments, areas of high exposure and for Limecrete mixes. NHL (Natural Hydraulic Lime) is made from limestone which contains naturally occurring impurities. These impurities aid the setting time and hardness of the lime. Roundtower Lime contains no artificial additives included in the mix. Available in 25kg water resistant bags. NHL 5 is ideal for: Rendering and Plastering in marine environments and highly exposed areas. Limecrete Chimneys, ridge tiles and wall copings. NHL will set in the presence of water which makes it ideal for use on exterior applications. For General building and plastering mortars, you may want to use NHL 3.5 For lower density masonry (e.g. limestone & sandstone) we would recommend the NHL 2.
