Earthborn Lifestyle is a durable and washable eco-friendly alternative to standard washable emulsions. Ideal for the busier and higher humidity where walls are more likely to get marked and scuffed. Being virtually VOC-free and free from any hazardous chemicals meaning no nasty paint smells allowing you to move to the painted room on the same day. (see full ingredient declaration below) Unfortunately, there are no samples available in the Lifestyle Emulsion. However, the colour range is the same as Earthborn's Claypaint and samples are available in that range. However due to differing bases and sheen levels between the Claypaint & Lifestyle there is the potential for slight variances in colour when compared to the sample. For properties where breathability is important i.e. solid masonry buildings, you may wish to consider the Earthborn Claypaint due to its significantly higher breathability. An exceptionally good paint. No odour and excellent coverage. A lovely range of colours too. A real pleasure to use.

Always use earthborne paint as I am allergic to other paints that smell! Always looks really nice

The depth of the pigments and the Matt finish makes for a serene look. I have done all our rooms now with the White clay range.

I have used many many litres of Earthborn paints over many years. Unfortunately, the paints turned out not to be the correct colours. Earthborn thinks that perhaps there is a problem with the Celtic Sustainables measuring machine

First time using this paint and like the Earthborn claypaint I have used on many occasions, it seems a really good quality paint. Quite thick. I ignored the manufacturers recommendations for mist coating and diluted to my preference (thin and milk like). It seemed to key on very well to newly plastered walls and once dry is durable, with good coverage. Cleanup was a fair bit trickier than the clay paint though, taking about 3 times longer, however it still had pretty low odour and applied in much the same way. I would use again.

I love Earthborn products - I have completely painted a large building project with it. It goes on so easily, the coverage is much better than some other well advertised brands, and the pigments don't fade so that you can touch up several years later and there is no loss of colour. It isn't as washable as I would like, but it is so easy to touch up. I run a busy B&B and keep a small pot to cover scuffs etc between guests. It dries very quickly too!
