Sheeps Wool Insulation by Thermafleece. Their Cosywool rolls are an easy to use sheeps wool insulation, supplied in compressed packed rolls for quick installation.  Made from 75% sheep wool, 15% recycled polyester, and 10% polyester binder with a high recycled content, the Cosywool Rolls have all the benefits of sheep wool, while remaining a very affordable, non itch insulation. A truly sustainable insulation produced using British Wool and manufactured in the UK. Great for loft insulation, wall insulation and floor insulation. It has high acoustic insulation properties so it is also great for partition walls, campervans and as part of a soundproofing system. “This product is brilliant, yes it will produce a bit of a smell after but its going away fairly quickly. Quality is awesome, used it to insulate my van, and it's September and I stay in Northern Scotland and didn't need heating yet. It arrived very quickly, well packaged. I found the best way to separate wasn't cutting but ripping it off. Much better and faster. All in all for the price the best insulation you can get.”

“Nice to handle, though a little dusty. At first the insulation looked a bit thinner than spec, having been compressed for transport, but in half an hour had expanded to more than than the spec. Good at deadening sound, we will have to wait for the weather to get colder to see how effective it is, though I have no doubt it will make a big difference. It’s good to know that you are using a natural product from what is essentially waste for farmers, not chemical based foam with the all the attendant problems with that.”

“The wool is a pleasure to work with in comparison to conventional roll insulation. It fits snuggly between the rafters, has minimal loose fibres and doesn't irritate. We just used a staple gun here and there to secure it to the rafters. It seems to be keeping a considerable amount of heat out of the roof space on sunny days and we're optimistic about its insulation properties for winter. Will definitely order more for the rest of our loft spaces.”
