Product appears to have stabilised powdery surface on our problem wall. Bit expensive as it seemed very similar to pva

Second time using this wall glaze. This time I used it diluted 50/50 with water straight onto a rough stone internal wall that wasn't good enough to leave exposed. Did a bit of extra "pointing" first to get rid of any large gaps/holes and then painted the glaze over the whole wall. Then painted with claypaint which went on beautifully on top of the glaze. It now looks like a traditional whitewashed wall you'd see in an old dairy. I might do another final coat of glaze to make it wipe clean as it's in a bedroom.

Seems to work well holding together a sandy new lime plaster but required much more than recommended due to the absorption of the wall.

This is a very nice product and helped me out! We moved into a bedroom that hadn't been renovated since the 1950s and was extremely dirty. I had painted two walls (with claypaint - lovely stuff) but the third wall had some mouldy vinyl paper on that wouldn't wash clean. The paper peeled off easily leaving the backing paper attached. It was a bit of an expensive experiment, but I painted the backing paper with the wall glaze and it left a lovely smooth finish for painting over. It did soak into the backing paper a bit and some nail heads bled through, but once painted they were gone - just one coat of claypaint and it's a lovely wall. Not the proper way to do it but I just wanted a painted bedroom asap! I loved that it doesn't smell of anything and is not chemically. I used Zinsser Gardz on the other wall and the Earthborn wall glaze seems to do the same job but without the awful smell.

Brilliant product that works a miracle before and after painting! I wish I had found this years ago.
