Good Evening Denise, Sorry to hear that you are not delighted with your purchase of our Boyfriend Sweater. Might I suggest that the pressing flat and packaging of this item tends to cause the side seams to poke a little but once the fibres have relaxed, the jumper seems to fit really nicely around the hips. However, we have actioned a refund as we want you to be totally happy with any purchase you make with us.
