“Lovely and soft but too short unfortunately so returning. Only measures 56 cm down middle of back and website says 59cm.”

Thank you Elizabeth for your feedback but have you placed on a hanger at room temperature as per the recommendations in your parcel. You will find that once the fibres have relaxed the length will drop and should measure as per the specification on the website. Might be worth a try?
