“A lovely jumper. Super colour and weight Fits perfectly except for the collar which is not good. At the sides where the shoulder seem are the collard is far too big and just hangs outwards and the back of the collar doesn’t sit well. I would have returned it but am not able to get to the post in the present lock down.”

Thank you so much for your feedback. Due the way your item has been packed, the collar has been pressed flat and this is Probably why it is not sitting correctly . May I suggest that you place the garment in a hanger at room temperature or simply wear it on a body when the fibres will relax and you will find that the collar will relax and fit the contours of your neck beautifully. If however you are not delighted with you purchase , you can return it in its original packaging with tags attached as soon as you are able and we will be happy to issue you a full refund or exchange.
