“To be honest disappointing. I assumed from the pictures on your website that I was purchasing RUF blocks. I had bought some from a local supplier in small quantities. They were light brown in colour with RUF clearly imprinted on one side. When I saw your picture it looked exactly like that but a lot cheaper therefore decided to buy a pallet load as a good deal. They arrived in boxes which is advantageous as easier to unload but upon inspection they don't appear to be RUF blocks as no logo and a lot lighter in colour. They are not as dense so burn quickly. Jury is out as to whether I purchase any more, I'll see how they perform. Yours sincerely Nigel Jones”
